“Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.” – Omar Khayyam
This is one of those excruciatingly simple things to read. But to embrace and explore the depths of this phrase takes a lifetime of work. Right now is the only real thing we can experience, everything else is a thought, surfacing in the stream of thought, one after another. The only place we can be what and how we want to be lives within these present moments in proximity to breath and body. I know the statement is about happiness, but be whatever you truly are in this moment, happy, sad, angry, confused, ecstatic, or whatever momentary state you find yourself. Embrace it and fully experience it.
Being here, is not a choice, it’s an acceptance.

Indeed it is!! Being in each moment because we can’t get anywhere without accepting where we are❤
