Tao of Sad

“Trying to avoid sadness is trying to avoid life.” – Maxine Lagace

Feeling sad is often considered something to be avoided and rejected, but sadness needs its space, a place to breathe, an acknowledgement of presence. It doesn’t disappear, it becomes diluted and pales in the shadows of shifting attention. But it’s there, a memory, a reminder, a message, a story that’s an integral part of a Human, Being. Something to be embraced and experience, not hidden or avoided.

I don’t have many beliefs, but one of them is we are equal to our own lives, everything has value when seen in certain perspectives.

  1. The life of a human
    can cover a wide range
    of events and experiences
    contain

Joy, suffering and distress are part of it

    what, a human
    of bad memories
don’t want to let it come up
    that’s everyone’s decision

    life wants
    that we
    The life
    experience consciously
    the measure of value
    for his life
    every human being must
    set for themselves
